Clearance & Paperwork
Our team can assist you with arrival and departure formalities with Thai Customs, Immigration, and the Harbour Master, either in person or through an agent.
Needed Documents
Have these ready before you arrive for a smooth clearance process. Send clear copies in advance, and keep originals on board.
- Vessel registration certificate and proof of ownership
- Crew list, passenger manifest, and passports
- Previous port clearance document
- Vessel insurance certificate with third-party liability
- Vessel particulars (LOA, beam, draft, gross tonnage)
Process
Share your documents and ETA with us ahead of time. We coordinate with port authorities and assist through arrival and departure.

- Marina team prepares entry forms and coordinates with officials.
- Departure clearance: 24 hours advance notice recommended.
